Why Meditate?
There are many important pillars to our health and wholeness such as diet, lifestyle, sleep, self-care, etc. However, Meditation is a common thread that ignites all of these pillars of total health. While years ago, many did not know the value or purpose of meditation to our direct health, today the evidence and research continues to compile on the benefits of regular meditation.
